Continuing on with our "Fall," I should really say "Winter" wellness series, we now explore our Spine. Today we review the Franklin Method Spine Dance with using our favorite imagery. Additionally, we start to learn about the ligaments of the spine with some new embodiment imagery! Move your spine to help you to reach, rotate, bend down as well as supplying greater force absorption and force generation for all of those fall walks, hikes or whatever!
