Continuing on with our "Fall" wellness series, we now explore our Spine. Today we quickly review the spine itself, vertebrae, shapes etc, then review the Franklin Method Spine Dance. Additionally, we review the bone rhythms in lateral flexion and add some metaphorical imagery for the transverse processes. Move your spine to help you to reach, rotate, bend down as well as supplying greater force absorption and force generation for all of those fall walks, hikes or whatever!
