Do you have issues with shoulder mobility? How about tension in the shoulders or just overall feeling uncomfortable? How about finding some freedom and attaining a whole new range of motion? In this class, Laura will take you through some brief anatomy of the shoulder joint, the bone rhythms, as well as feel good tension releasing exercises you can do anywhere. This class will be done standing except for a brief introduction on the bones of the shoulder joint.
