Sauté translates to "jump" and is a generic term for many different types of jumps, hops and leaps. This is a basic breakdown of very common sautés. As with all jumps at home, make sure you have a safe space to jump, modifications are included to make safe jump practice at home. Adding some padding, like a folded yoga mat with help with some shock absorption.
