In this workshop learn the “bone rhythms” and “muscle sliding” to help you visualize, embody and functionally move your body the way it was meant to be moved. Also learn to understand what cues your instructors are trying to convey and what potentially could be more helpful cues for deeper, smoother and more pain free plié/squat movement.
