Continuing on with our "Fall" wellness series, we now explore our Spine. Today we review the spine itself, vertebrae, shapes etc, then review the Franklin Method Spine Dance. The spine dance gets you feeling more supple and mobile in the spine. Helping you to reach, rotate, bend down as well as supplying greater force absorption and force generation for all of those summer/fall walks, hikes or whatever!
