This 3-part sequence of exercises is from the amazing Lisa Howell from the Ballet Blog. I have had the wonderful opportunity to train with her twice learning physio-based exercises for dancers. However, this sequence is for anyone who wants to improve balance and proprioception, work the dynamic slings of the body that aid in counter rotating the body while walking amongst other things, plus lower body strength. This is part 3 with one Pro Level sequence. Perfect parts 1 and 2 before attempting and only if your ankles are strong enough.
