Level 1 Ballet for Absolute beginners breaks down the technique of ballet in a clear a concise way to understand the world of ballet dance. Follow the order of the barres for 2 weeks before moving to the next barre to practice and fine tune ballet technique. Ballet Barre introduces you to basic ballet movements that train the technique, strength, balance and flexibility needed for dance.
