In this Feel Good Friday, learn the secrets to a quick release of the fascia around the hips. Whether you're a dancer or not, this will feel good to release the area and find more range of motion by unsticking the "Fascia Fuzz." Watch the whole video to see my transformation at the end, it's pretty amazing. All done without the traditional way we are all used to stretching. Find more freedom, less tension and more range of motion with these simples exercises. This is a longer video and I do speed up sections, but take your time to go through each movement for the full effects.
