Do your knees feel stiff, stuck or painful? Does it prohibit you from getting up and moving? How about if you could have happy knees? Knees that feel bouncy, springy, and ready to take on the day? I’d certainly say yes to that, and I do, everyday! In this class, I will guide you through some basic knee anatomy through touch, movement, and bone rhythms. I will finish with some gentle movement to leave you feeling good and moving great to apply to daily life. This class will be done standing except for a brief introduction on the bones of the knee and palpation done while seated.
