Hmm, how does our pelvis move when both legs are on the ground? How about when you lift a leg? Have you ever been cued to keep your “hips square” when doing an exercise or in a dance class? This type of cuing can inhibit your range of motion. In this class, we will explore how the pelvis moves in open chain and find a newfound freedom in your hamstrings along with more dynamic stability. This class will be done standing with some leg swinging, so a little space is needed.
