Balls and Bands Classes
Although the balls and bands classes are not recorded weekly, these videos help break down the movement to better prepare yourself for class. Also, use these as a guide to create your own at home fitness routine. I recommend taking your favorites sections and doing severals reps. I recommend doing 10 of each movement in a series and repeating again up to 4 times, depending on your fitness level.
