Feel Good videos are videos to introduce you to bite size versions of Franklin Method and Ballet Blog material. Great for dancers and non-dancers alike. These videos will take you on a short movement journey that can be sprinkled through the day to get you moving with more freedom, feeling revitalized and over all Feeling GOOD! Do them when you wake up in the morning, before you go to the gym, before a dance class, even gardening; meant for all types of activities or if you are just feeling sluggish, down and tight.
