L 1.5 Ballet Barre 3 and Center Combo 5
Level 1.5 Ballet Barres are suggested to be done twice a week for two weeks before moving onto the next set of Barres. Barres are numbered and are meant to progressive. The Center combos are also progressive and suggested to be practiced weekly however can be progressed as seen fit. Each new combo is suggested to be danced at least 4 times. This is your 3rd round of Barre and 5th Center combo videos. These videos are great for home practice or if you are traveling for fun or for work, especially the barre, can be practiced in your hotel room!
